Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a rapidly growing, vibrant franchise dedicated to providing delicious and nutritious food options to our customers. With a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and a commitment to excellent customer service, we aim to create a positive and energizing dining experience. We are a financially stable and growing company with 12 Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations throughout South and Central Texas. Our Tropical Smoothie Café family is growing, and we're looking for a Crew Lead to lead the team and drive success.

This pivotal role serves as key support for the General Manager, providing assistance and expertise across all areas of the business. With a focus on driving results and enhancing overall performance. This position is vital in achieving the company's goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead your team by embodying "Tropitude" and delivering unparalleled service to every customer.
  • Creates an in store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with regard to friendly, quick and accurate service. Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
  • Supports with managing, training, and directing the team
  • Recruits, interviews and hires team members in accordance with Tropical’s selection and interview process.
  • Deliver exceptional brand standards, cleanliness and safety
  • Ensures that all internal and external restaurant areas comply with standard safety and security practices for maintenance.
  • Supports with regular reviews of operating reports (labor, food cost, etc) as required (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly)
  • Monitors and ensures adequate inventory on hand to meet guest demand.
  • Ensures that product is properly stored and that food handling safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in QSR, Lead or Management role
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service.

Pay: Starting at $11.25 per hour plus tips
